Just needed routine maintenance on my Q50 so I called Clark and drop it off. He met me at my car with a smile as always, I just needed an oil change and my snow tires installed, he took my information th Clark and drop it off. He met me at my car with a smile as always, I just needed an oil change and my snow tires installed, he took my information than told me he would call me in a few hours. He called me in less than 2 hours to tell me that he had sent a text with a link to my free vehicle inspection video for me to review, I love this feature of seeing the video from the tech that is working on my car. Turns out they found nothing that need attention. He also told me my car was ready for pickup, then asked me if I needed there Valet service to come pick me up, what a great perk. I did not need that because I was going to bring my wife's QX50 in for the same service work. My car was in the service drive all clean and shiny when I arrived. This is the greatest serviced department I have ever worked with the best. More
