I've been a customer here for 6 years. Sparky Sandage, Mike Stultz and Todd Scott are the absolute best! They're honest, trustworthy and dependable. so ford wanted me to get a ford credit card and earn ford pass points now some genius decides to add a 3% surcharge for that and all credit cards like the shop fees are not enough of extra pure profit right. pass points now some genius decides to add a 3% surcharge for that and all credit cards like the shop fees are not enough of extra pure profit right. asked to speak to general manager of the store and no time to speak to a customer. just think of all the business they will lose with this policy.no other retail business I go to does this but of course the ford store we have used for many years and no one cares that we will leave but no one cares as for sara if i make an appt with a service advisor that i choose to stay with since we have older cars and want them looked over by more than lube techs but alas they just move you to todd no mention if it just do it todd is great but i want more of a check than his lube crew can do and look i wanted the a/t fluid changed not flushed was told no way asked to see the tranny tech he told them of course i can do that and it is much safer than a flush machine anyway so now this 3% thing will run many off my card earns 5% and they will take 3% back my under engine cover does have a space that is open not closed as it should be i guess they could have addressed that but no even if worn out and needs replaced it cannot be fixed maybe a tech would have caught that but now there tech refuse to do anything relating to an oil change great how dumb is that how do they think they will find work by going over the car yes i was a service advisor at one time and my team techs loved when a cust did not want quick lube service as they could look things over and make sure no issues has developed and get them addressed ok enough from me More

I took my 2016 Lincoln MKX for an upgrade to install CarPlay. The work was supposed to take no more than a couple of hours. There were some programming issues which went on for days and my car was not r CarPlay. The work was supposed to take no more than a couple of hours. There were some programming issues which went on for days and my car was not ready the first day I took it in and waited for service. It wasn't ready for exactly 21 days after I took my car in for the upgrade. Although I was disappointed as I needed my car, I did get a loaner from the dealership and I was updated every single day by my Service Advisor, Mike. So in conclusion, although I wasn't happy about not having my car, the dealership was responsive and informative as to timing. More

Everyone falls down from time to time and has a service failure. I prefer to judge companies on their ability to recover and not that they had a shortcoming in the delivery of service. Spring Hill Ford h failure. I prefer to judge companies on their ability to recover and not that they had a shortcoming in the delivery of service. Spring Hill Ford had a shortcoming. They also recovered nicely and the service manager, Sparky, called me directly. Ultimately, my truck was repaired to my satisfaction and the overall experience was very nice. After this, and learning of their future expansion plans to improve even more, I will be happy to return for any other service issues that arise. Great job Spring Hill Ford! More
