Clay was great. He worked hard to find the right deal for me and my budget. I was frustrated however when 4 days later I received a phone call from Kenny in finance He worked hard to find the right deal for me and my budget. I was frustrated however when 4 days later I received a phone call from Kenny in finance department stating that his GSM decided not to work with the lender I signed a contract with. I had a difficult time getting into a vehicle already due to my credit score being lower than I thought initially. It was super frustrating and stressful for me. He said he would call me back but I waited 3 hours nearly and sent an email. I didn’t understand why their GSM would tell them to go ahead and finance it and then backtrack 4 days later after I had already been driving and insuring the car. It seemed pretty crappy to me to go back on a signed contract and $8500 down payment. Fortunately Clay called back later and said he had spoken with them and they decided to do the right thing and honor the contract with the lender this time. But like, dang. That was super uncool and unnecessary in my opinion. I also was frustrated that I didn’t receive my temporary registration paper and copies of everything I had signed until I had to contact them Monday and ask for them. I was recommended to them by two close friends, and I’ve heard nothing but great things about Five star Subaru, but I honestly do feel like they dropped the ball with me. Kinda a bummer More

Compared to other dealers from other brands, Myles was outstanding and personable, and he is the reason I stopped at Subaru. Plus I loved the car.
