Great experience on buying first car! My wife and I came to 5 Star Ford to look at a Ford Edge 2017. Jess showed us different trims on the edge and also let us compare it to an Explorer. W My wife and I came to 5 Star Ford to look at a Ford Edge 2017. Jess showed us different trims on the edge and also let us compare it to an Explorer. We test drove all of them, Jess was extremely helpful explaining each vehicle's characteristics. Once all test drives were completed, she asked if we would be interested in getting a price. We got a great price for the new vehicle and a fair price for our trade-in. The staff at five star did everything so we could drove out with our new vehicle on the same day. Thank you for this great experience on out first time buying a vehicle. More

Simple oil change I have been a loyal Sam Pack customer for several years. 3 new pickups! I have been attempting to get an oil change. Each time I am being told 1 1/2 I have been a loyal Sam Pack customer for several years. 3 new pickups! I have been attempting to get an oil change. Each time I am being told 1 1/2 to 2 hours, wether you are first thing in the morning or later. This is unexceptable. New facility, more technicians ect ect ect??? I have continued buying my pickups because of the way I was treated by the personnel. They tell me there is nothing they can do about the situation. Well, they have one more time slot because I won't be coming back! More

American Icon got me in the door, Danny sold us I had a very poor past experience with a Ford dealership in another state and subsequently the Ford Focus we purchased a number of years ago. Ford was the only brand that I refused to consider this next round. When we moved to Texas - Sam Pack's was the closest service center. I met Clay my first visit and he took such great care of me. I happened to pick up the book American Icon (all about the Ford turn around story) and it convinced me that the old Ford I didn't like wasn't the same as the Ford of today. I called Clay for a recommendation on a sales associate and he hooked me up with Danny. Danny was so wonderful to work with he end up trading it our second car and driving off with two new Fords. I never felt pressured, always supported. Would highly recommend this duo :) More

While we were car shopping/test driving, I had my oil changed during our shopping and had great help from Clay getting everything scheduled and set up for that to be done 5 minutes before my arrival. We were able to do a trade-in for the purchase of our new f-150 which Reuben and management really worked with us getting exactly what we wanted. Brandon really helped with getting set up with Ford Credit and were in and out in no time! Thanks guys! More

He was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating, as we made comparisons on 3 different vehicles to determine which was the right vehicle for us. Justin McCarroll went the extra mile to give us great care and options to keep our payments in budget. With purchase complete we were on the road home in record time. Clay Young has been our Service Writer for a number of years, as dependable service is also extremely important to us. My wife depends on Clay completely to guide her through service decisions, especially when I have been overseas. These folks are always friendly and helpful and take the stress out of buying or servicing your vehicle. You can't go wrong with Sam Pack Ford. More

2 year service agreement with the purchase of a Ford F150 We bought our truck almost 2 years ago. Clay, the Service Manager, specifically told my husband if we bought the $200 service agreement he would honor We bought our truck almost 2 years ago. Clay, the Service Manager, specifically told my husband if we bought the $200 service agreement he would honor all 4 oil changes even if we didn't put many miles on the truck. We knew we wouldn't be driving it much since we have 3 small children and my husband works from home, so we didn't feel like we needed to purchase that kind of service package. We brought it in for our second oil change at less than 14,000 miles and he told us he would no longer honor what he said. We're still within the two years so we got a free oil change (that cost us over $70). I can't figure out what we pay $200 dollars for. I'm disappointed That Sam Pack Ford was dishonest and didn't honor a ridiculous service agreement. When you spent that much money on a top of a line truck, you expect the people you're dealing with to be fair and honest. More

These handicaps all made it very difficult to be in touch with Maria so she could resolve the issues with my new Escape. Sam Pack's 5-Star Ford should not put a sales person on the floor until that person is COMPLETELY outfitted to do the job. More
