Great first buy experience. This was my first time buying a car and my sales consultant, Chris, was very patient and very helpful. It made the experience far less painful than I had imagined it would be! I would definitely recommend asking for him. There was an issue with the car that we did not notice right away and there was some confusion between myself and the service representative about how it was going to be handled, but it was resolved in a timely manner. Also, Kirk may be the friendliest person I've ever met. He really helped make sure everything was smooth sailing. More

As we are buying rather than leasing this car, we had our first dealing with Melanie Lucero. We were very impressed with Melanie's professionalism, knowledge of the various models available and, most of all, her "can do," pleasant attitude. No service at all I have taken my car for the third time and still my car has not been fixed. My first time I went with out a appointment , I was told that I need t I have taken my car for the third time and still my car has not been fixed. My first time I went with out a appointment , I was told that I need to make a appointment , so I took my car back to my house I make a appointment for 8/08/2015 when I arrive I was told that I have to leave my car for 3 or 4 days I say ok but them the told me that I have to fine me a ride home because they do not have no one to take me back to duncanville my house. This is a very inconvenient for me . My car is Not that much to just the passenger window and the driver seat not working properly, everyone. Think it may be a blow out fuse. So you see it would not taken them so much time. Just to look at the car is not nothing major. I think if you make a appointment , and you take time to be there on time at least they can do is lookong at the car. I have to travel at least 45 minutes to the 5 Star dealer . It should be 1 Star dealer . sorry to said. This this is my second and last time I will be doing business with this dealer , Iam very disappointed . Luis Acevedo a very dissatisfied customer. More

You can't beat outstanding service My wife and I have purchased 8 vehicles from Sam's 5 Star Ford in the past 15 years. There's not a better place in the Metroplex to purchase from. Start to finish and even past that, 5 Star's employees have been outstanding!! Clay Young has been our service advisor for the past 10 years approx., and there is no one better! He gets our cars in and out and makes sure we are taken care of from the minute we drive up until we drive away with the situation taken care of. Thank you Sam's 5 Star for having employees like him to work with. Danny Forsee has been our car guy forever and a day too!! More

2013 Ford Escape Transmission issues before 60K miles We dropped off our vehicle at Sam Pack Five Star Ford in Carrollton right after it closed for the evening. We did receive a call the next morning stat We dropped off our vehicle at Sam Pack Five Star Ford in Carrollton right after it closed for the evening. We did receive a call the next morning stating that it would maybe take a day or two to even diagnose the issue and that the service could take up to 2 weeks. They also mentioned it would be around $100 for diagnosing the issue. We were not given the option for any type of courtesy vehicle as Clay mentioned that they have not done that in over 10 years now. They should provide some kind of rental reimbursement then I would think for a car that is roughly only 2 years old and having transmission issues. Will not return here for service again or for future purchases. More
