Valet service I pulled in to the service area without an appt. and the valet person was very polite and accommodating. The advisor that I dealt with answered all m I pulled in to the service area without an appt. and the valet person was very polite and accommodating. The advisor that I dealt with answered all my questions and told me that he would call me back as soon as they checked my car to give me an exact cost and time frame. They diagnosed my Acura's problem that same day about 2 hours later and had it fixed the next day by lunch time. Was pleasantly surprised that an involved procedure was fixed so quickly. Would highly recommend Acura Columbus Service dept. to any Acura owner. More

I've had many issues with Acura of Reno and Lindsay Acura, both of which provided horrible services that I would expect from a 3rd party mom and pop shop dealership not to mention that they've both severely damaged the bottom side of my 2 year old 27,000 mile car. Bad customer service-Changed after complaint I serviced my Acura RDX there and customer service was bad. Not able to use the coupon which I printed from their website. Car was not washed and vac I serviced my Acura RDX there and customer service was bad. Not able to use the coupon which I printed from their website. Car was not washed and vacuumed either and no one cared to inform me that they had broken car wash . They promised to do the car wash next Day when I sent an email but Who will drive to just get a car wash. Update: Larry called me and apologized for the bad experience . He promised to send car wash coupons and promised to provide next service free. Awesome service after the complaint. I hope others need not to complain in future. i More
