Bad customer service-Changed after complaint I serviced my Acura RDX there and customer service was bad. Not able to use the coupon which I printed from their website. Car was not washed and vac I serviced my Acura RDX there and customer service was bad. Not able to use the coupon which I printed from their website. Car was not washed and vacuumed either and no one cared to inform me that they had broken car wash . They promised to do the car wash next Day when I sent an email but Who will drive to just get a car wash. Update: Larry called me and apologized for the bad experience . He promised to send car wash coupons and promised to provide next service free. Awesome service after the complaint. I hope others need not to complain in future. i More
