And it was a car that I actually wanted--a new Chevrolet Cruze. I had been wanted a Cruze for over a year and am so glad to finally have one. I have never had a bad experience with this bunch of people. I have followed them from Kingsport to Johnson City, Tennessee because they do what they say! That is very important to me. This dealership was absolutely wonderful when my father purchased his new Cadillac. He is an older gentleman and they treated him with kindness and respect. After his purchase he received a call telling purchased his new Cadillac. He is an older gentleman and they treated him with kindness and respect. After his purchase he received a call telling him that he could receive some acessories for the car without charge. He accepted and when he asked why he had gotten these acessories he was told that they had been ordered for the car he purchased before it was sold. Instead of putting these items back to be sold they offered to give them to him since they were for the car he purchased anyway. Many dealers would not do this. It is refreshing to see salesmen and managers who sincerely care about making their customers happy. Not only did they sell my parents a new car, but they actually thought about them after they purchased the vehicle. These actions are what brings in repeat business and new business as well. Thank you all so much! More
