This is the best dealership around. The employees are very professional and are easy to work with. There is a family atmosphere and no pressure buying expierence. I was so impressed by the way we were treated upon entering the dealership. When we got out of the car we were of course greeted and asked if we had talked to someone or needed to talk with someone. O entering the dealership. When we got out of the car we were of course greeted and asked if we had talked to someone or needed to talk with someone. Once the salesman, Terry, came up and started to work with us he was honest and straight forward from the get go. We got to test drive he car in privacy which was nice. When we finally sat down with him to talk numbers he started right off the bat with being very open and easy to deal with. We had a deal struck and signed in less than 45 minutes. :) Great fantastic team that we worked with to get the car that my husband wanted an '09 Mustang GT. I am so happy that we got to work with them and hope that when I go to look for my next car I might have the chance to deal with them again. Thanks guys you were great. Carrie and Justin More

The service to detail was great. The people went out of their way to satisfy me. I purchased a car for my daughter from Champion Chevrolet about two weeks ago. I had such a good experience with them that I went back this past weekend and purchased a new car for myself. They are the onl about two weeks ago. I had such a good experience with them that I went back this past weekend and purchased a new car for myself. They are the only dealership in the Tri-Cities area who would actually work with me to get me into a new car with a payment that I could afford (I was in a negative equity situation). And it was a car that I actually wanted--a new Chevrolet Cruze. I had been wanted a Cruze for over a year and am so glad to finally have one. I've only had it for a few days, but so far, it is an awesome vehicle! More

I have never had a bad experience with this bunch of people. I have followed them from Kingsport to Johnson City, Tennessee because they do what they say! That is very important to me. When asked fro people. I have followed them from Kingsport to Johnson City, Tennessee because they do what they say! That is very important to me. When asked from other people that I come in contact with, "Why I shop in Johnson City and not keep my money in Greeneville?" I respond to them that I will shop where I am comfortable and not being ripped off. I am sold on Champion Chevrolet! Don't ask me to go anywhere else. Thanks for listening. More

This dealership was absolutely wonderful when my father purchased his new Cadillac. He is an older gentleman and they treated him with kindness and respect. After his purchase he received a call telling purchased his new Cadillac. He is an older gentleman and they treated him with kindness and respect. After his purchase he received a call telling him that he could receive some acessories for the car without charge. He accepted and when he asked why he had gotten these acessories he was told that they had been ordered for the car he purchased before it was sold. Instead of putting these items back to be sold they offered to give them to him since they were for the car he purchased anyway. Many dealers would not do this. It is refreshing to see salesmen and managers who sincerely care about making their customers happy. Not only did they sell my parents a new car, but they actually thought about them after they purchased the vehicle. These actions are what brings in repeat business and new business as well. Thank you all so much! More
