She was such a great help. She always answered my questions, and gave all upfront costs prior to me coming to the dealership. I read quite a mix of reviews, but was determined Herb Chambers would be getting my busineess, providing the sale went smoothly. I requested Cliff Stern to be my sales consultant. He is A+++++++ . He does not pressure you about anything. He answers questions, and pointed out a couple of things to my husband while he briefly drove my little lady bug coupe . He was super nice in giving me more money for my 1995 Eclipse than what it was worth, because he knew how much I loved and wanted this car. I was ecstatic that I was actually able to take it home same day. What a fantastic way to end 2017 and begin 2018. Cliff, if you are reading this, thank you so much for getting my registration to me in less than 2 weeks UPS. Thank you Rico, for being so great in setting my clock, radio, pairing my phone with my car, explaining how all the features work. It helped so much to have knowledge of everything before driving it the next day. The finance depart went smoothly and quickly as well. Prompt Service While Traveling on vacation, our Honda Van began having some mechanical issues. We pulled into Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk. We were greeted with a helpful simile from Ziad Rousan. After a quick explanation of our issue, our van was diagnosed with a serpentine belt issue. Ziad explained the repairs and cost. An hour and half later our van was washed and repaired. The total time was around 2 and half hours from start to finish. During this time, Josh allowed us to test drive a new CRV. The last 2 were with Cliff and couldn't be happier with the experience. In fact, we sought him out for this last purchase because of our previous encounter with him. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and we never felt pressured to buy at any point in time. While at his desk, I made a comment about looking for a Ford F-150 within the next year or two and to my surprise he told us that Herb Chambers has a Ford dealership. When the time comes to look for a truck, I will definitely go back to Herb Chambers and hopefully Cliff will be around to help with that purchase as well. - Bill and Donna More
