BTW, I have clicked 5-stars for him below but when I scroll on the page it resets them to nothing. Jackson did an outstanding job on the orientation of all the controls and features, very patient and excellent teaching skills. If he wasn't in the car business, he should be a school teacher!! And the final member of "our team" was Greg in finance. Could not ask for a better guy to go over all the paperwork and the options. More

Cliff Stern came highly recommended by friends, and was great to work with. I never felt deceived or like I needed to haggle. PLUS, I got a better deal than I had on my 2013 CRV at a Honda dealership in Seekonk -- less $$ per month, with an upgrade to a higher model and more protection on my lease agreement. The customer service was excellent -- personal phone calls, emails, Cliff set up my phone connection for me in the car, and they also got my car inspected (the other dealership gave a voucher to get it done myself). I highly recommend Herb Chambers Honda Seekonk as a dealership, and Cliff Stern as a salesperson. I will be going back for sure. More

A Positive Experience!! I was driving a Honda that could have qualified as "antique", but was somewhat apprehensive about purchasing a new one due to "forceful tactics" used I was driving a Honda that could have qualified as "antique", but was somewhat apprehensive about purchasing a new one due to "forceful tactics" used by another prominent Honda dealership. Upon walking through your door, I was introduced to Cliff Stern who immediately put me at ease over the whole process. His professional, but kind manner didn't make me feel rushed and the entire experience was extremely pleasant and stress free. Cliff is a definite asset to your dealership and I shall recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. And me - I regret I didn't make this decision a few years ago!!! More
