I just bought my third car through Herb Chambers Seekonk, and I couldn't be happier. My salesman, Cliff Stern, was great. I was very specific as to what I wanted, and what I was willing to pay, and he gave and I couldn't be happier. My salesman, Cliff Stern, was great. He also put up with a lot of indecisiveness on my part as I had him run numerous options into the finance plan. He never balked, and I always felt like he was genuinely happy to help me out. He even came in on his day off to help me. Financing, as always, was exceptionally smooth. Additionally, they had a delivery coordinator named Kevin that was awesome! He went over every feature of the car in detail, and though I have driven Honda's all my life, and thought I knew it all, he showed me so many features I didn't know existed. I would continue to recommend Herb Chambers, and Cliff Stern, to everyone I know. More

Cliff provided me exactly the level of service I asked for. I decided that I would like to purchase the vehicle the day I drove it, but didn't actually do so for six months. Matt Collard spent at least an hour and a half programming the car and showing us how to operate the bells and whistles that came with our vehicle. He was very pleasant and enthusiastic. More

Although Cliff didn't sell me my Saturn Coupe he was the one that provided me with a contact after my orginal sale. Later, he found my 350Z for me and when I was ready to try something a little more gas fri one that provided me with a contact after my orginal sale. I was in need of a car with lower monthly payments. They were helpful with follow-up issues relating to title and required state inspections, so it was not just a sale-and-forget-us situation but what we considered diligent follow-up. More
