My Wife and I had some time start our search for a new vehicle and we decided to visit Herb Chambers as we were considering a Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna. I called the dealership to ask if a vehicle was available for us to test drive and spoke with Cliff Stern, a sales representative at the dealership. We met with Cliff and he brought a van up for us to drive. Cliff was most helpful and courteous, allowing us to take the time we needed to make sure the vehicle was right for us. We had no intention of purchasing/leasing a vehicle that day as we had not yet driven the Toyota, however my wife really liked the Honda, it fit our needs and Cliff was able to get me the deal I was looking for. Cliff Stern and the Herb Chambers dealership did it again for us. After an accident that totaled our vehicle, they were fast and efficient at getting us into a new car. Cliff made time for us to test drive as many cars as we wanted to--at least half a day's worth, and spent hours with us talking over options. Nothing felt rushed or pressured. Cliff worked with us to balance what we wanted in a vehicle with our budgetary restraints, and sought our options that we hadn't even considered. Once we had chose a vehicle, Bill P. in finance processed our paperwork quickly, and got us into our vehicle as fast as--if not even faster than we could have hoped--humanly possible. All along the way, everyone we dealt with at the dealership, from the receptionist to the sales manager, including the "prep" person who settled us into our new care (explaining the features) was friendly, personable and professional. The dealership always seemed to be open, and we could schedule visits as we needed them, from initial test drives to vehicle delivery. A bright, clean, modern facility topped off an all-around pleasant experience. We can't think of one negative thing to say! We'll definitely return to Herb Chambers Honda in the future. More

I was referred to this dealership by a co-worker, and specifically to Cliff Stern. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and drove home in a new Honda CR-V on Saturday afternoon. Cliff was very honest and helpful to me, as well as friendly and knowledgeable about the model I was looking for. Additionally, Bill Panaccione did a great job in the financing of my vehicle. Again, Bill was very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and helpful. It was obvious that Bill really enjoys his job. My only disappointment was that it was very busy on the Friday afternoon I went to the dealership and I had to wait about an hour before I was helped. I went to see a specific salesperson, so I do understand that he was not immediately available as he was helping other customers. However, my husband and I were very surprised that, upon entering the dealership, no one approached us to greet us and ask what we were looking for. I think it is very important that someone be able to greet customers upon entering the dealership and direct them to a salesperson. Cliff and Bill were terrific, but I wish we had been greeted upon entering the dealership. More

I came to Herb Chambers of Seekonk after a bad experience with another Honda dealer. From my initial contact with the dealership, my experience with the Herb Chambers personnel was very professional. When I got to the dealership, I met with Cliff Stern who listened to a description of what I was looking for, discussed with me the various options, looked at the car I would be trading and discussed with a sales manager whether or not what I wanted was still available. Our discussion of value of trade-in and cost of new vehicle was professionally handled with numbers back and forth until we quickly reached an agreement. Later that afternoon, Cliff called me to tell me that the dealership had definitely secured what would be my new car and that while it needed to come from out of state, I would have it early the next week. My new car, a red 2012 Honda Accord EXL V-6 Coupe with Navigation arrived on July 3, just in time for the holiday. When I arrived to pick it up, the process was very smoothly handled and in no time at all, I was able to drive away from Seekonk in my new car. I am very pleased with my new Accord and would definitely come back to Herb Chambers of Seekonk and work with Cliff Stern again for my next Honda. I have also recommended Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk to others who are looking for a new Honda. More

We recently purchased a 2007 Honda CR-V from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk and our overall experience there was nothing short of superb. We had been taking our 2001 Honda Civic for servicing to this Chambers Honda of Seekonk and our overall experience there was nothing short of superb. We had been taking our 2001 Honda Civic for servicing to this dealership for five years (although the car itself was purchased elsewhere) because we were so happy with their service department. While we had rather high expectations of their sales department, given our previous experience with their service department, they ended up surpassing our expectations by a rather large margin. Cliff Stern, the salesperson we dealt with, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, had a great sense of humor, and (perhaps most importantly) was genuinely sincere and respectful - in short, all the qualities one wishes the prototypical used-car salesman would rather have. We test drove a number of used CR-Vs on their lot and the car we ended up choosing was indeed amongst those that Cliff had initially recommended based on our needs. Moreover, once we decided on the car, we shopped around online for financing on our own but their financing department still came up with by far the best rate we could find. Dealerships usually claim that the customer always comes first. What makes Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk unique is that they truly mean it. More

I just bought my third car through Herb Chambers Seekonk, and I couldn't be happier. My salesman, Cliff Stern, was great. I was very specific as to what I wanted, and what I was willing to pay, and he gave and I couldn't be happier. My salesman, Cliff Stern, was great. He also put up with a lot of indecisiveness on my part as I had him run numerous options into the finance plan. He never balked, and I always felt like he was genuinely happy to help me out. He even came in on his day off to help me. Financing, as always, was exceptionally smooth. Additionally, they had a delivery coordinator named Kevin that was awesome! He went over every feature of the car in detail, and though I have driven Honda's all my life, and thought I knew it all, he showed me so many features I didn't know existed. I would continue to recommend Herb Chambers, and Cliff Stern, to everyone I know. More
