I had an early model Accord from another dealer that I used to service there for years. Service department always did a great job and Cliff Webb (service agent) was always a pleasure to work with. When we decided to replace our accord with a newer one, Jim Coleman was a second option we had considered. It should have been our first option because Mike K. really took time to explain the features of the car and our financing options, as well as dealer and other incentives we could take advantage of (like our Costco membership). The other dealerships we spoke with during our vehicle search were more concerned about selling a car than giving us a stellar customer service experience like the one we got at Jim Coleman Honda. More
