Loyal For Life! Let me pull over my brand new Q5 to write this.... I will preface with this, Clint Briggs is THE definition of customer experience. You are far from Let me pull over my brand new Q5 to write this.... I will preface with this, Clint Briggs is THE definition of customer experience. You are far from a number at this dealership, I am always treated like family. Paul Carmona provided me the best experience I’ve had yet purchasing a vehicle. October 9, 2019 was my birthday and as usual, I left that dealership in a great mood, (not overwhelmed) and really happy with my decision. Both of these gentlemen are consistent with how they treat their clients. This is why I choose to drive to this specific Audi location although there are others that are closer to me. Being a business owner, I understand the true value of having client relationships. I am definitely loyal and I highly recommend Audi Coral Springs if you desire a friendly and genuine experience purchasing your next vehicle. More

Unprofessional, untrustworthy and unreliable On September 28th, I walked into the Audi Coral Springs dealership to have a minor repair on my leased Audi Q5. They said it would take 15-20 minutes On September 28th, I walked into the Audi Coral Springs dealership to have a minor repair on my leased Audi Q5. They said it would take 15-20 minutes so I took the time to look at the new cars that were available. The Manager came up to me and asked if he could help – I said I was just looking because my lease doesn’t come due for another 2 months. He said, “How would you like to save a couple hundred dollars per month and get a new one today”. My first question was what happens to the old lease where there are 2 more payments due. He said that those payments would be waived if I get into a new lease. I explained that this would be the only way I would be interested in getting a new car that day because I was actually thinking of other less expensive cars and wasn’t particularly happy with the service I had received from Audi during the current lease. Enticed by the offer, I ended up picking out a new 2019 Q5, and before I left, I realized that I wasn’t even coming close to a couple hundred-dollar savings, in fact the payment was about $60 more.We are getting a mortgage and something shows up on my credit which is 820 on the FICO scale. I’m told by the bank that I need to do a conference call with Audi and an outside credit company that deals with these situations. During the call, I am told by Edgar at Audi that I still owe $3,236.74 from the 2015 lease. He explained that the amount due was because Audi took a loss when they sold the car, excess wear and tear, and lease payments that were still due. I will NEVER have anything to do with Audi Coral Springs or any company affiliated with Audi, they are as crooked as they come.Oh, and by the way, on another subject that you as a consumer should be aware of, I asked AUDI Coral Springs for a copy of the lease for my wife’s 2015 Q7, they ended up sending someone else’s credit application which had a lot of personal information like social security number, DOB, where they work, how much they make, etc. When I called back to let them know, that they had made the same mistake and sent me yet again someone else’s information. So I thought let me call and ask for a Store Manager, well I got transferred all over including the other Audi Store that they own in Fort Lauderdale, only to be put on put hold, finally got the voicemail for Clint and Bret, they apparently are too busy to return phone calls so I finally decided to go there. So on the third try I went into the dealership on 30th, this was a huge mistake. I couldn’t even get in the door without being ambushed by sales people looking to sell a car on the last day of the month. Once I said that I wasn’t there looking to buy anything not one person wanted to help. I was told to have a seat in the waiting area which was in the middle of the sales floor. During this time I witnessed and over heard conversations between the managers and sales people that quite honestly was appalling. Making jokes about people finance issues and that I suppose they wanted to make. Needless to say I finally got a copy of my lease. I hope that my review helps them better themselves. In the meantime if you must buy an Audi I would suggest staying away from here. From what I understand now after the fact is that North Miami gives the best deals all the time, West Palm Beach gives the best service, And if your extremely desperate and don’t mind the terrible service, unprofessional and uniformed people than Coral Springs could be the perfect fit for you. As for my experience and from what now see online about them, the best way to sum things up is terrible Management and terribly bad business ethics. More
