If this is a real customer and not a fraudulent review… our Executive Manager has tried to track down any customer that visited the dealership in service and sales on those dates. No customer has claimed anyone of the above listed issues or complaints. We also tried to DM the writer and sent private responses to “Technetium” with no response to Audi Coral Springs We believe the response is fraudulent and should be taken down. We have not been contacted or had a message left for either one of us!

Its unfortunate that the dealership feels they could intimidate customers by attaching back after the fact. They should focus there attention on fixing the problem at hand which is there entire management team. Starting with their GM Bret Macy and GSM Clint Briggs. I do not feel as if I should have to contact them or be contacted by them. It happened, it cant be fixed with a simply apology. Their actions were appalling it was necessary to let it be known. Wasn’t looking for a free tank of gas, service or discount. There are certain things that matter more, such as principle and dignity. Their reply shows a true lack of leadership and judgment. It also shows breakdown of how they handle matters. There is an obvious problem with their response. They have tried to reach out to rectify the matter, however, they fail to understand. That opportunity came and went the day it all happened. Not every customer out that writes a review wants to be contacted to fix the problem, we just want others to be aware. With their response its no wonder people feel intimidated to express their true experience. A customer shouldn’t have to be tracked down after expressing themselves, that would be a total breach of privacy. They are not the victim in this matter. I am very much aware on how they get there good reviews as I have been asked and coached to write one on their behalf in the past after getting my vehicle serviced. They sure don’t mind informing us to make sure that we are not using their free WIFI when doing it otherwise it will trigger the review not to be posted. Its no wonder consumers don’t express themselves more nowadays, this businesses either pay to have the negative reviews moved to bottom of batch or removed with some kind of payment. Sharing a positive experience is a wonderful gesture, however it is more important for consumers to express those that very concerning as well. Dismissing this is an injustice. They were in the wrong, it should not be overlooked or taken lightly. Writing such a response such as they did is in extremely poor taste. Not to mention bullish. Respectfully B.R.
