Audi A4 I can’t say enough about Clint Briggs. I am so greatful that he was the sales manager on duty when I needed a car. He made my purchase happen and an A I can’t say enough about Clint Briggs. His manner was expectional and you should be very happy to have him as an employee that represents Audi. Also, Ntzani Stimutowe was more than patient and so knowledge about your technology. He never made me feel so much at ease learning about all the details that the car offered. One thing that really stood out was when Ntzani said “Welcome to the Audi family”! Marie Iacuone, supported me through the sales process. This dealership was very welcoming and very friendly. I never felt pressured during the process. More

He provides great customer service and I don't feel like I'm always pressured to make a purchase when I stop in. The dealership made it very convenient for me. Instead of staying at the dealership while they processed the paperwork, I returned to completed documentation and my car was ready for pickup. The process was seamless. I would recommend this dealership, especially, Dick Cumberland. More

He introduced us to James Jordan who made our experience in purchasing my new 2018 Q5. Easy , no pressure .just the Best ever ! Very knowledgeable, concerned to make sure my car was outfitted just the way I wanted. I had never leased. That was a breeze with his help. . He delivered my car and was so helpful in showing me how to use all the newest equipment on it. James went the extra mile to make my so happy!!! Shout out to Gina in finance who made the paperwork quick and easy. Loved their cafe too! More

Some good some very bad! The sales people were great! We stopped in to look at cars and walked out with a new A5 Quattro! Erika was fantastic. The only down side of our purch The sales people were great! We stopped in to look at cars and walked out with a new A5 Quattro! Erika was fantastic. The only down side of our purchase (for cash and trade in) is that we agreed to wait for the car when we said that we would purchase it. A better decision, and better use of our time, was to come back the next day to pick the car up. The wait time was longer than we had expected even though it was late in the day. When we went back two days after driving our car away to deliver our check for the balance of the purchase and our old vehicle title, we spoke once again to Rance. He outright lied to us regarding the maintenance requirements and maintenance contract! We drive just about 2000 miles a year and Rance said that in three years, at 6000 miles, we would need a full transmission maintenance or our warranty would be void!!! That prompted us to ask how we could return the car immediately. We were not informed and had no idea that these maintenance requirements were in force. It turned out, after much discussion with the sales manager, Paul, that this was bad information and that we would, indeed be able to maintain our warranty by doing annual oil changes. We hope that this is truly the case but will have no way of knowing until time passes. We are amazed that you can walk into a dealership, agree to purchase a $46000+ item in 2 hours, pay cash for it, and receive such horrible treatment. A really crappy business model! In summary, the sales folks were great, the finance person, even though we paid cash, was bad beyond words! More
