Wow! what an AMAZING and EASY experience I just had purchasing my SUV from the team at this dealership. So! helpful and friendly, it's like if Batman and Oprah had a baby and named it Suburban Toyota o purchasing my SUV from the team at this dealership. The attention to detail, the friendly and COVID safe environment along with the transparency made me happy walking out with my new SUV. I never thought I would be able to drive a vehicle this nice but with the rate this team got me on my loan and my trade in value; I was able to buy it with comfort and finally put a down payment on a trip to Disney world for my family, unfortunately when I told my kids about Disney, they said No thanks! Take us back to Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills! The amount of confidence that team has given me with my new ride has already changed things in the past 24 hours, a little pep in my step and nothing stopping me now! I think after 34 years I'm finally starting to grow a beard this morning, and that promotion at work, after they see me in this new beast, Call it mine! The only thing I regret about my experience was not being able to invite Don, Zach and Cody to Thanksgiving this week because of COVID. Worked with Don for months while I waited for my 2021 Supra to arrive. He always answered all my insane messages and I had a lot. He made the process quick and easy. He explained the car in detail, was always interested in my concerns/questions, etc. he even let me test drive a Supra when they were not allowing test drives. Don, was fun to work with and I Would recommend him to anyone. The mgt and finance dept was very pleasurable to, work with as well. More

Mismanagement of Sales We have been working diligently to purchase a 2016 Toyota Corolla since 5/11/20 in collaboration with Tanner. Yesterday he told us that he could get We have been working diligently to purchase a 2016 Toyota Corolla since 5/11/20 in collaboration with Tanner. Yesterday he told us that he could get us 0% Interest financing plus add on extended warranty for the vehicle so we stopped our financing through our credit union to pursue that as it appeared to be a much better deal for our money. Then he called last evening 6/15/20 and said he made a mistake and could only do that for Toyota Camry’s but could offer us 1.97% for 48 months. I told him we would just go with our credit union which was a 1.45% finance rate for 48 months. I spent all morning redoing the application that I cancelled yesterday and when we again got the green light from our credit union I called Tanner and told him the bank needed the purchase agreement at 2pm today so that I could send it to my bank and insurance agency. At 4:45pm Tanner called to tell me that he was sorry to say that he just discovered that one of the sister dealers sold the car this morning without telling anyone at this dealer. Tanner then told me that in reality they do not hold cars on the lot. Tanner told me that the general manager Cody Adams would call us before the end of the night. That call never came...Most unprofessional process and company I have ever dealt with. We had our financing in place on 6/15/20 and feels that Tanner did a switch and bait on us. More
