Michael Joh is a phenomenal salesman with an incredible work ethic. My husband had been working with two other dealers trying to find a 2021 Sienna, and three months later they still had no idea how to get work ethic. My husband had been working with two other dealers trying to find a 2021 Sienna, and three months later they still had no idea how to get us one, and we were still without a van. We started working with Michael, and he had our family in the exact vehicle we wanted within a week. He even stayed well past closing time so we could pick up our long awaited car. He was very responsive, gave my husband constant updates, and was always available for questions. I highly recommend Michael and the team at Suburban Toyota! More

Michael went absolutely above and beyond for my family. Let me start by saying we first popped into the dealer 30 minutes prior to closing time on 01/12/2021 to check out a Certified 4Runner Limited. Min Let me start by saying we first popped into the dealer 30 minutes prior to closing time on 01/12/2021 to check out a Certified 4Runner Limited. Mind you, for the past week our family had been car shopping and test driving vehicles almost every day. Let’s be honest, buying a car can be an ABSOLUTE headache. He was more than happy to pull the car up and let us take it for a spin. After taking it for a test drive I wanted to get some numbers, there was nothing but absolute patience coming from MJ even though it was about time for everyone to start packing up for the day. Jokingly, I said “what kind of numbers for a new one?” At the time it was a joke, but so glad he took a serious angle. I just left the dealer (01/13/2021) with a brand new 2021 4Runner Limited. Between Michael’s absolute professionalism, his experience in the industry, his kindness, patience, and his absolute willingness to cater to his customer; I can say with absolute certainty that this has been my most pleasant car buying experience. I would recommend Michael Joh and the whole Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills team to my closest friends and family. They will earn my business over and over again! More

Olivia and Cody, her manager on duty while I was there answered my wife's persistent and pointed questions with poise and professionalism. Both of us came away from the experience with great confidence that we have purchased a great car (2018 Camry LE Hybrid) for a fair price based on considerable research my wife did online. Bravo Olivia, Cody, and Mike for a job well done!!!! Keith and Tada Gunter More
