My husband had been working with two other dealers trying to find a 2021 Sienna, and three months later they still had no idea how to get work ethic. Mind you, for the past week our family had been car shopping and test driving vehicles almost every day. Let’s be honest, buying a car can be an ABSOLUTE headache. He was more than happy to pull the car up and let us take it for a spin. After taking it for a test drive I wanted to get some numbers, there was nothing but absolute patience coming from MJ even though it was about time for everyone to start packing up for the day. Jokingly, I said “what kind of numbers for a new one?” At the time it was a joke, but so glad he took a serious angle. I just left the dealer (01/13/2021) with a brand new 2021 4Runner Limited. I wanted a Rav 4 XSE in pearl white whi have worked with 4 different Toyota dealerships. Suburban of Farmington Hills was by far the best experience. I wanted a Rav 4 XSE in pearl white which turned out to be a difficult vehicle to find. However ,Alex and Cody did not give up and found the perfect car for me. The building is clean a esthetically pleasing and everyone I came into contact with were friendly and very professional. Highly recommend! More
