Cody was efficient and met my needs to buy a used car without the drama and sales conundrum dealerships often put on clients. However, Kia was asked for their intake inspection paperwork on the used car, without the drama and sales conundrum dealerships often put on clients. However, Kia was asked for their intake inspection paperwork on the used car, and paperwork showing repairs made on the traded in 2022 Prius which I was looking at buying. I was told there was no inspection report available, and service paperwork by Kia showed only a simple tire rotation and oil change had been performed. TO the contrary, Toyota inspected the car after sale which revealed all 4 tires were cupped. Any tech doing a rotation would have notated that. I reached out to Gage Finny at Kia, requesting to speak with head of car sales, man with an Italian name. NO response from head of sales. Sadly, I would not recommend buying a used car from Kia. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a top priority for Kia. I did inquire about pricing error and was told a check refund would be mailed out and to date that check has never arrived either. F+ for Kia of Port Charlotte. More
