Any bad cliches and stereotypes you can think of for a car dealership? Apply here. If you ask questions they gas light you to make you think that you're asking something ridiculous. They try to change the subject and talk about your personal life instead of discussing the details of your business transaction. Nobody here seems to be particularly educated about the actual cars that they're selling, the features, the benefits of certified pre-owned, the financing process, any of it. It. And you know that you're going to have a bad experience because customer service trickles down from management, and assistant manager Joey P is the rudest and most condescending of all. He uses diversion tactics instead of answering your questions. They intentionally withhold information during the quoting process and say that you'll get the information when you're signing a contract and when the contract information is wrong, they act like it's your fault. Joey admitted that he does the pricing, and I will most likely be reporting my experience to the state authorities. How do you advertise a certified pre-owned vehicle at a certain price, and then when it comes time to buy it, it actually cost thousands more because they say that the certified pre-owned is not included in the advertised price? They act like you're the idiot for not understanding this concept. And when I got upset and angry about it he asked me if I got off on yelling at people. Just completely disrespectful and shady. While at the dealership for hours I did speak with several other people who said they had similar experiences with pricing. That was absolutely not what was advertised. They need to be investigated. We ended up buying the car because my sister really wanted it and we weren't going to let their incompetence and unprofessionalism ruined this opportunity for her to have the car that she wanted. But I absolutely hate that we gave them our business. More

I was rushed by fiancé dept. Fees were not discussed. Purchased a car in January 2025 with 20000 miles. By April the transmission went. Dealership had car for 7 weeks. Trade Fees were not discussed. Purchased a car in January 2025 with 20000 miles. By April the transmission went. Dealership had car for 7 weeks. Traded that in and purchased a k4. Black. Dealership offered a price on another k4 red and I ended up purchasing that one. The black k4 was only in my name for about an hour and never left the lot. In the end I was charged $6000 for dealer fees. That to me this is just gouging the customer. All this happened in one day at the same dealership. I will never do business with this dealership again and would never recommend them. The only good part was. My sales person Cody. More

First, I liked Cody. I purchased the Soul completely online. The ad for the Soul stated in the description that there were several options which weren't on the car. Ad said that there was a Harmon/Kardon sound system, a shelf in rear compartment, also with a cover, heated seats, etc, etc. None of these items were in the car. Since the car was delivered to me, I had no idea. Furthermore, when asked if it had a Harmon/Kardon system, Cody replied yes. There was another salesman with him which should confirm this (if he is truthful). Also, I made a "deal" of my trade (Sonata with 5K miles) for 14K, plus 16K for a Grand Total of 30K. Of course the finance guy wanted me to take out add ons, for which I refused. I am a 70 year old Veteran and was pleased to "get" a $500 rebate towards the purchase of the car. The final price was shown as $30,444, Not $30,000. I don't know where they came up with that figure, and to this moment, it hasn't been explained thoroughly. I know there are dealer fees/registration/etc. But the agreed upon price was $30,000. I was expecting the $500 Veterans rebate to lower the cost to $29,500. I give ONE star to the Finance Department. More
