I had a very unpleasant experience with this dealership. The vehicle I came to purchase was listed at $31,253, and I was already pre-approved through Chase Auto Finance. Because this was a planned trip and a 3-hour drive, I called four days in advance and clearly explained my financing, strong credit score, and $2,500 down payment to ensure everything would be transparent before I arrived. However, once I got there, I was told by the finance manager that I could not use my own financing—even though Chase is an approved lender with their dealership. Instead, they insisted I finance through TD Bank with a “certified” loan. On top of that, they added nearly $5,000 in warranties I explicitly declined and about $4,000 in dealer fees. By the time I walked out, the total had jumped to $43,851 for a vehicle with 11,000 miles that is less than two years old and still under factory warranty. This felt extremely misleading and like a complete lack of transparency. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, get everything in writing ahead of time, and be prepared to walk away if the terms change when you arrive. Now I love the vehicle however I would definitely NOT recommend anyone going there thinking your going to purchase a car for the price plus TTT and dealer fees. It's like they will not let you leave without any extra warranties. I told them I did not want the warranties and all they did was sync the price into the purchase price of the vehicle. So I definitely will not recommend. Highly unsatisfied. More

Ended up having to go back and cancel it to get my money back, they also tried to scam me out of $400 by making me pay for a second key that THEY LEGALLY OWED ME. The “manager” tried to tell me that the legal binding contract I had was “very misleading” and even pointed me in the direction to purchase aftermarket keys. So instead I walked around to the service department and wouldn’t you know I was given 0 issues in having a new key made free of charge. Absolutely don’t buy a car from here. More

The first sales person I experienced was rude, ill-mannered, and completely unfit for a job in sales or anything to do with public contact, and the person who identified himself as some sort of ma ill-mannered, and completely unfit for a job in sales or anything to do with public contact, and the person who identified himself as some sort of manager when came out when I demanded the salesperson to leave me alone was barely better and almost caused me to leave the dealership. Cody, Jake and Jorge were the complete opposite. They were personable, patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. The gentleman who assisted me at the end (in finance?) was also just as good at his job as Cody, Jake and Jorge. The only reason I didn’t mention him with the others is I couldn’t remember his name…not because he wasn’t great and memorable but because it was the last step and I was in a time crunch. The ONLY reason I purchased a car from your dealership was because Cody, Jake and Jorge offered such a professional experience. They are a credit to your organization. The other two would be of better service in a position that never has human contact. More
