We began looking at Camrys, and ended buying a RAV4. Sales manager Ralph Harper helped us to narrow our choices for a better fit for us. Cody very kindly answered several questions one day when Alicia and Ralph were not available. We did not feel pressured during dealings. The day after we bought the RAV4, Alicia called us to be sure that the purchase went well, and was there anything that she could do for us. We are anticipating that the 2012 RAV4 will give us many enjoyable miles of traveling. More

The process or Experience affecting my attitude I give the dealersship high mark for (1) and average for(2). There were some slopiness in paperwork and lack of attention to details that caused the dealer owing me $199 in overpayment The specifics entailed doublecounting of an option already included in the original MSRP. There were never any ill intent but simply absence of percisin in paper work. Once the error was discovere by me, it took far too long to receive a check for that error. I would still go to this dealership because the staff do their best eventhough at times appear powerrless. My special thanks to Joe Scott, Ralph Harper, Mat Baker and Chris Hardin for involvement to resolve my issues. More

Wasn't pressured at all...a nice surprise! I was a bit nervous coming to a typical "large" dealership, because I had in my head they were all out to rip you off in order to cover their large ov I was a bit nervous coming to a typical "large" dealership, because I had in my head they were all out to rip you off in order to cover their large overhead. But after finding such a great price on the exact car we wanted, I decided we'd give it a try...fully prepared to leave if I was the least bit uncomfortable or pressured. But what I encountered was a pleasant surprise. Nice people, gave us a reasonable amount for our trade, and worked hard to make sure we got the needed financing (at a respectable rate). It was worth the hour and a half drive to this small town to get such a great experience! Thanks Lugoff Toyota for giving us our dream convertible! Will be back :) More

Great buying experience. I was going to check out the Lugoff Auto Mall because I was looking for a pick up truck, it so happened that I started with Lugoff Toyota, I didn't ne I was going to check out the Lugoff Auto Mall because I was looking for a pick up truck, it so happened that I started with Lugoff Toyota, I didn't need to look any further. Coming to an agreement on the price was a good experience, I did not feel like I was held hostage buy the sales team, Walter and his Sales Manager were doing everything possible to meet the budget I had for a vehicle, Lugoff Toyota Gave me the highest amount for the trade in which I was very please with. I did recommend this dealer to others I know that are looking for a vehicle. Thanks for great buying experience! More

Buyer Beware!!! I do not recommend Lugoff Toyota at all!! I had an extremely subpar experience with the folks at Lugoff Toyota. I have bought a lot of cars in my life, and this was by far the worst experienc I had an extremely subpar experience with the folks at Lugoff Toyota. I have bought a lot of cars in my life, and this was by far the worst experience of them all. Lugoff offered me the exact car I wanted, at a good price. They never actually delivered that car, however. After waiting long enough, I decided to move on to another dealership. I found that the management at Lugoff Toyota will tell you exactly what you want to hear, and then deliver exactly what they want to deliver, even if it's not what they agreed. If you have to deal with these people, get EVERYTHING in writing. I would even jokingly suggesting bringing a notary along with you. My real advice: save yourself the trouble and find a better dealership, like I did. More
