I didn't even know that I wanted a KIA Soul but totally fell in love! It was truly an incredible experience and well worth the drive from Shawano. Everybody smiles and says hello to us. Chad showed me features on this vehicle that I never even knew existed. I wanted it in a certain color and he went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I wanted and was completely satisfied! She was kind, knowledgeable, helpful and listened to what I wanted. This is the first time I worked with a female salesperson. She understood me and did not make me feel stupid. I gave her information prior to going to the dealership, so when I arrived she was very prepared. I drove almost 2 hours and it was well worth it. I will go back to Dorsch again. He called us several times to see how we were doing so we stopped back in and he had three that fit us pretty well. We just had to decide red, black or grey! He was very helpful and friendly. Cody took us through the financing part and even remembered me being in there looking at vehicles after an accident and that was in 2012! More
