Very quick to greet, polite, & friendly service advisor. This was our first service since buying our certified pre-owned car. He covered what was included - we then mentioned per their standard policy that This was our first service since buying our certified pre-owned car. When we picked up the car I asked if he had updated our servicing booklet & he said they no longer do that since it's in their system...however he wasn't sure if other dealers out of state could see that.
