I called to schedule an appointment twice, left messages, and never got a call back. I had two long visits for the same item due to no parts. Parts were delayed significantly with no time estimate. Repair time on the second visit was about double what was estimated based on unfamiliarity with the ZDX platform. Some of these items are out of your control, i.e. GM parts delivery.
