An overall great dealership. First, they offer a great inventory of new cars as well as very competitive pricing. And, if you are a Costco member, they are the Acura dealers First, they offer a great inventory of new cars as well as very competitive pricing. And, if you are a Costco member, they are the Acura dealership for that program in the Atlanta area. Brings added benefits. My sales person was Reggie Hammond. He was beyond good. Knowledgeable, responsive, timely and just an all around great person. Absolutely the opposite of the car salesman sterotype. Showroom, service check-in area and customer lounge are clean, comfortable and quiet. Something about the facilities that are different - in a good way - from anyother dealership I have ever been too. More

I was in the area and my B1 service due light came on 3 days prior so I pulled in the service lane and was immediately greeted and was told no appointment needed for oil change and rotate. I don’t understand why you accept appointments. I had an appointment at 9:00, arrived a few minutes before and waited 2 hours for an oil change! Either honor the appointment or don’t accept them.
