This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Cody McRary was my salesmen and he was very helpful with all aspects of the process at the dealership. I drove from Winston Salem, becaus dealership. Cody McRary was my salesmen and he was very helpful with all aspects of the process at the dealership. I drove from Winston Salem, because Paramount Kia had the car I wanted, and they were willing to work with me after my local dealership was unable to get my car three months after I had put down a deposit. Everything worked out wonderfully and I was in and out within two hours. Had such a good experience I sent my wife there to buy another Kia Soul a month later. More

This is my experience at Paramount Kia of Hickory on May 27, 2023. I had contacted a salesperson about a used truck for about a week. I informed the salesperson that I would try to come in on Saturday. I ca 27, 2023. I had contacted a salesperson about a used truck for about a week. I informed the salesperson that I would try to come in on Saturday. I called the salesperson and left a message on Saturday, then called the dealership to verify the truck was there ; which it was. I informed the receptionist that I was e route to inspect the truck and my drive time was 1 1/2 hours. I traveled to the dealership and when I arrived was told the truck was on a test drive by another customer who came in 30 minutes after I called. The salesperson told me he did not call me and advise me of this because he didn’t know what the other person would do. While waiting the truck pulled into the lot and the other party came inside. I was very angry at the poor customer service and told the salesperson to call me if it did not sell and left. I later after I texted the salesperson that the truck sold. I feel this was above and beyond the sorriest customer service experience I have ever received. How can I do business in good faith after no common decency by the dealership. So after wasting gas and time it was a completely blown day. More

Absolutely one of the best buying experiences I ever had buying a car. Love the Christian music on the phone and in the show room. The only drawback is that I live 3 hours away but I would drive to do busin buying a car. Love the Christian music on the phone and in the show room.
