Happy All Around! We met Cody moments after arriving at the dealership. He couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. We test drove the Mazda3, which we loved, but at the end of the day we needed an all wheel drive vehicle, and the CX5 was a little too big for our daughter's taste. He informed us that the brand new CX3s were due in by the end of the summer, which would be a perfect fit. We weren't sure how that timing would work out for us, but after a few days, we received a call from Cody telling us that the CX3s would actually be arriving the following week. My husband and daughter went to check out the new model, loved it - and made arrangements to purchase it right away! We just picked up the vehicle this evening and had such a smooth, easy experience. Fred (the finance person) was extremely friendly, explained our options clearly, and did not rush us through the process. Cody took us through the car, explained all the features and took care of the final paperwork. He even placed a beautiful ribbon on the car for my daughter - such a nice touch! He's been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process. No pressure at all. Just helpful, professional and extremely friendly. Highly recommend him and this dealership! More

Amazing Guys, Amazing Car I first met Adam through our BNI network and it was apparent that he really loves what he does. I had been hesitating to get rid of my old Subaru, bu I first met Adam through our BNI network and it was apparent that he really loves what he does. I had been hesitating to get rid of my old Subaru, but after talking with him, it was time to let go of the old girl. The test drive of the CX-5 was the funnest I've ever had. We drove around Candlewood back roads and the SUV handled like a car! He made it painless and easy. His manager Roy was so great in getting me the best financing and really looked out for my best interest. I'm so over the moon happy with the whole gang at Colonial that I've already sent two often girlfriends who bought with Adam and Roy. These guys treat you like friends and not walking ATMs! Service + I was searching for a car for my daughter, who lives in N.Y. I live in Ma. and came upon what seemed like the perfect car, but it was in CT. I drove I was searching for a car for my daughter, who lives in N.Y. I live in Ma. and came upon what seemed like the perfect car, but it was in CT. I drove 1 hr, 45 minutes to this dealership, a bit wary at first, because of the drive and all the problems 'out of state' purchases can cause, only to meet up with Cody, Dave & Fred. Cody was our salesperson. He had a total understanding of the car, and was able to explain to us all the details of the car, including maintenance as well as how to use all the bells & whistles that the car came with. He explained the warranty, the history and the value of the car and never once made it seem like he was annoyed with my multitude of questions. He then took the next step, without my asking, that put this dealership and sales team over the top for me. He DELIVERED the car to NY, they got the out of state registration, title, plates together, worked out a time for delivery, then they sat for 20 minutes on a 3 way conversation with the insurance company. I did in one day, what usually takes 3 - 4 days, especially if you're out of state. I wholeheartedly, recommend Cody and the sales team of Fred & Dave at Colonial to anyone who is out of state as well as in state, for service, integrity and top notch cars!! Thank you guys! He knew everything about the cars, and helped guide us where we wanted to go. The test drive was particularly impressive, as it was a long ride (longer than any I'd done before), and we really got a good sense of the Mazda driving experience. I would recommend Cody 100% - he is friendly, patient, and has an amazing can-do attitude. We are thrilled with our new car, and are glad to have been helped so thoroughly by Cody. More
