I contacted the dealer to discuss my lease that was ending mid. Jan. Tried to reach Colby but he never returned my call. From the moment I drove up in my mother’s car (a tactic I use to see if I’m going to be judged fairly), I was greeted only with enthusiasm and sincere interest in assisting in my vehicle search. Shayle Gash was the outstanding salesperson who listened to me describe what I was looking for and helped guide me to the correct test vehicle - the one I eventually purchased. Shayle even stayed late beyond our second meeting’s originally scheduled time when previous commitments made it impossible for me to arrive on time. It is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, and it’s not even close. I recommend Shayle and Paramount to anyone in need of a reprieve from the grind of car shopping. More
