The only reason for 4 star instead of 5 was the need for more service advisors. You have to stand around with no one acknowledging you’re there or advising that they’ll be with you in a minute. You feel you more service advisors. You have to stand around with no one acknowledging you’re there or advising that they’ll be with you in a minute. You feel you may actually be invisible. If they can’t afford more advisors, at least get a greeter. The work and the follow up were 5 stars. More

Cole was nice. The women at cashier need a lesson customer service. Neither said hi, bye or kiss my xxx! Didn’t even acknowledge my presence not even when I told them to have a wonderful weekend. Ne customer service. Neither said hi, bye or kiss my xxx! Didn’t even acknowledge my presence not even when I told them to have a wonderful weekend. Never looked up at me! This is a big turn off. Their actions will make me not go back and to tell all my Honda owner friends thank you but no thank you. I know you are rolling your eyes and don’t care. My ratings below are for Cole only! More

Not happy about the customer service. I went there for an oil change, tire rotation, and for them to check the suspension. After waiting for 2 hours, I went back to the rep and asked him why it was taking so oil change, tire rotation, and for them to check the suspension. After waiting for 2 hours, I went back to the rep and asked him why it was taking so long. He said he didn’t know why and couldn’t do anything about it. He didn’t even try to find out. More
