While I can not speak to the dealership I can speak to Cole who provided excellent service and attention. I would recommend my friends to Cole. As a recommendation your service ad claims you will Cole who provided excellent service and attention. I would recommend my friends to Cole. As a recommendation your service ad claims you will beat the competitors ad however, I was told I can only match it. Please correct your advertising. It takes away from the excellent job your team provides. More

The only reason for 4 star instead of 5 was the need for more service advisors. You have to stand around with no one acknowledging you’re there or advising that they’ll be with you in a minute. You feel you more service advisors. You have to stand around with no one acknowledging you’re there or advising that they’ll be with you in a minute. You feel you may actually be invisible. If they can’t afford more advisors, at least get a greeter. The work and the follow up were 5 stars. More
