Cole always has my back. On a previous visit he replaced one side of my headlight assembly because the daytime running lights were getting weak. And now get this: Under an On a previous visit he replaced one side of my headlight assembly because the daytime running lights were getting weak. And now get this: Under an extended warranty that I didn't even know about. This time he did the same thing with the other side. He also tried to replicate an issue with my auto starter where it triggered my alarm repeatedly but couldn't get the problem to present itself in view of the technician. So, there was no charge! Even though they had to reprogram the entire system due to my disconnection of the battery to keep the alarm from going off and annoying the neighbors. A crisis narrowly adverted. More
