Drove from Queens for timing belt replacement. Paragon and Hillside Honda wanted almost $2K. Freehold Honda had a special, worth the trip. Got the belt, water pump and tensioner replaced for half Paragon and Hillside Honda wanted almost $2K. Freehold Honda had a special, worth the trip. Got the belt, water pump and tensioner replaced for half the NY price. Showed up for my appointment, Cole greeted me promptly. We went over a few things and I was out the door. Cole called when the car was ready. They get a big + for being open late, my bus from NY was running late. Cole understood what I came there for and didn't try to up-sell or talk about trading in my 2009 Accord 4DS V6 for a new model. This was maintenance service and I knew exactly what I wanted done so that helped. The only negative is they added air to my tires. A few months ago I got 4 new tires at Costco and had set the pressure to 32PSi (Costco fills them with nitrogen). On the way home from Freehold, I felt every bump. The next day I found all 4 tries were at 36PSi and it's what is on the receipt. The sticker on the door post states 32PSi (cold). Maybe oversight on the technician or newer cars require 36PSi, I don't know but easy fix. Oh one more thing, they could have hosed of the engine compartment, wash away the spilled antifreeze (as expected when changing the water pump). Overall I'm satisfied, the car is running great. I'd go there again. Thank you Cole! More
