Cole did an excellent job of explaining all of the features that came with the trim package of the vehicles I test drove as well as the differences between each package available. His knowledge of what vehicles were available on-hand in inventory as well as what is possible from Ford certainly sets him apart from other dealerships and individual dealers I have dealt with in the past. Everyone from my salesman Cole, to the Sales Manager Greg, and the Finance Manager Dan made me feel confident that the vehicle and options I purchased were exactly what I needed: nothing more and nothing less. Cole was and is very helpful! I thought I'd never be able to get back into a new vehicle, but I told him my situation and he said we can help for sure. I just finished my bankruptcy with ok credit and figure to get back into a new vehicle, but I told him my situation and he said we can help for sure. I just finished my bankruptcy with ok credit and figured I'd get a high interest rate. After a credit check and only 3 inquiries I got a low interest rate and he got me into a 2021 suv with no miles! I was looking for a specific car that is no longer available new. Thoroughbred Ford did not have it but they had something similar and I test drove it because they made it very easy to try out. Cole worked with the internet team and they found exactly what I wanted at auction in good condition. The price was a little higher than I initially wanted, but they provided excellent value by doing work and buying parts to refresh the car, clean it, certify it, and adding warranty coverage which will give me peace of mind for years. I had actually already made a purchase with Carvana and I returned it during their 7-Day window so I could buy from Thoroughbred because they did the work searching and Cole was courteous and trusting and efficient with my time. Joe in finance was also efficient and nice and worked with me to close the deal quickly and easily! I did not expect when I began my search for a used car that it would be enjoyable or easy.
