I have been in the industry since 2011! I love what I do, every day is a new day for me and it's always something different which is what I like ! Every customer is different and has different needs and that's what makes my job fun! I am a father to a 13 year old boy named Keagan, and have a daughter named Amelia that is now 6 years old ! I love the outdoors ! In my free time away from the store I like playing golf , softball, and like to hunt! Above and beyond The folks at Russ Darrow Toyota went above and beyond to make our latest car purchase effortless. We were interested in two vehicles that were not on The folks at Russ Darrow Toyota went above and beyond to make our latest car purchase effortless. We were interested in two vehicles that were not on the Toyota lot but were in Russ Darrow’s inventory and for our convenience they brought these non-Toyota vehicles to their lot for us to test drive. In total we drove 5 different vehicles and chose one that they brought in for us. This really made it easy for us and it was clear their goal was to help us find the right car whether it was a Toyota or not. Nice job everyone! More

Overall a good experience with the dealership. Cole Lutz was great to work with. He was straight forward and did not BS us. Purchase of 2017 Wrangler I had purchased two previous vehicles from Cole Lutz in the past, so it was an easy choice when my wife decided she wanted a convertible. Problem is, I had purchased two previous vehicles from Cole Lutz in the past, so it was an easy choice when my wife decided she wanted a convertible. Problem is, Toyota doesn’t make a convertible. We set our sights on a Wrangler and were grateful Cole was allowed to show us the Wrangler we ultimately purchased. Even though Cole “crossed brand lines”, he was knowledgeable about the product. I know it may be disappointing to Russ Darrow that I’m not in the market for a new vehicle now, But I know where and who to look for when I’m ready. More
