Ronald- I completely understand your frustration on this situation. As we discussed when you called once you received your truck back from us, this was a mistake made on our part and we did make a very strong effort to clean the area that was affected by this minor spill as well as explaining this mistake to you prior to you leaving. You had mentioned you were heading out of town the very next morning. When you arrive back in the area, please reach out and I would like to get the truck back in and check it over as well as perform a complimentary vent cleaning service to get rid of any lingering smell of the oil.
