Dealership treated me like a king before I bought the truck but NOT after. I was told to bring in my truck the next day at 10 to have two minor repairs and have a part ordered. They hadn’t looked at the truck at the two hour mark and I was told he didn’t say a couple of hours. He did. I didn’t hear from them at 4 in the afternoon so I called and was told it would be ready the next day at noon. I now don’t have a vehicle but I was told I could come get it and schedule another day to go through “the regular process”. The sad part is they know I wouldn’t buy a vehicle if they blew me off like this before the sale. More
