They set me up with a new sales employee who needed her manager for almost everything. She was super nice but the experience was sloppy entirely. There wasn’t a sales pitch whatsoever. There were posters all around the waiting room about how Chevy can brag about getting me into a new car with the same prices but that was NEVER done. All they did was put me right back into my crappy Chevy Malibu. I’m a repeat customer. Been going to Ferman since 2010 and this experience taught me ive outgrown them. I actually had a better experience at CarMax! If you want a used car, go there. Do not go to ferman. More
