Always a pleasure to visit Family Hyundai I purchased my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from Family Hyundai a little over 4 years ago. I always bring it back to them for service. There are some great guys in the service department but my go to Advisor is Collin Simmons. He is always willing to answer questions and give me input regarding my car and what it needs. He is a great asset to the Family Hyundai team and keeps me confident that I will receive a job well done. More

Recall Appointment Overall, I was pretty happy with the service that Family HYUNDAI provided. They fixed a recall I had on my sonata in a timely manner, they put togeth Overall, I was pretty happy with the service that Family HYUNDAI provided. They fixed a recall I had on my sonata in a timely manner, they put together an emergency appointment for my sonata the very next day due to my service engine light going on as I pulled out of the service lot, and they didn’t charge me for any service or parts for the emergency appointment. The only suggestion I would make is offering a loaner vehicle to me when my service engine light went on in their lot. I understand the service dept closes at 7:00, but I was extremely hesitant driving the vehicle home and back the next day because they didn’t run any diagnostics to the vehicle before they sent me off. Other than that, the service was quick the next day and offered to drive me and pick me up from work. More
