I had my car serviced at MotorWorld Lexus on May 13, 2026, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. As many of us do, I have had a lot on my mind lately, and the entire service 2026, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. As many of us do, I have had a lot on my mind lately, and the entire service team made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. Joel, along with service writers Mike, Collin, and Helen, were all wonderful to work with, professional, kind, efficient, and accommodating with my work schedule for both drop-off and pick-up. Juan, the technician, provided an excellent video walk-around of my vehicle and clearly explained everything going on with my car, which I really appreciated. To top it all off, after getting home, I realized I had accidentally left my garage door opener and EZ Pass in the loaner vehicle. Helen immediately gathered my items and even stayed at the dealership until I was able to return and retrieve them. The Lexus service team consistently goes above and beyond, and experiences like this remind me exactly why I drive a Lexus and continue to service my vehicle with MotorWorld Lexus. This was my third service appt with Collin Finkel. As with the earlier two, it went perfectly. Recognizing the time required, Collin met me on arrival with a brand new Lexus to use as a loaner for the As with the earlier two, it went perfectly. Upon return, the paperwork awaited my signature;all had been taken care of and the work done to my complete satisfaction. I was impressed to say the least, and on my way home in minutes. Collin Finkel showed a complete lack of professionalism during my visit on May 27, 2025. Despite having a scheduled appointment and arriving early, I was never greeted, acknowledged, or offered any assista during my visit on May 27, 2025. He prioritized another customer who arrived at the same time and made no effort to check me in or even speak to me. His dismissive attitude made it clear that customer service is not a priority for him. Very disappointing. More
