I had my car serviced at MotorWorld Lexus on May 13, 2026, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. As many of us do, I have had a lot on my mind lately, and the entire service 2026, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. As many of us do, I have had a lot on my mind lately, and the entire service team made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. Joel, along with service writers Mike, Collin, and Helen, were all wonderful to work with, professional, kind, efficient, and accommodating with my work schedule for both drop-off and pick-up. Juan, the technician, provided an excellent video walk-around of my vehicle and clearly explained everything going on with my car, which I really appreciated. To top it all off, after getting home, I realized I had accidentally left my garage door opener and EZ Pass in the loaner vehicle. Helen immediately gathered my items and even stayed at the dealership until I was able to return and retrieve them. The Lexus service team consistently goes above and beyond, and experiences like this remind me exactly why I drive a Lexus and continue to service my vehicle with MotorWorld Lexus. I recently had my Lexus serviced at Motorworld, and I had the pleasure of working with Dave, the Service Advisor. Dave provided an exceptional level of service from start to finish. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure my vehicle was taken care of. Dave took the time to thoroughly explain the service process, what was needed, and why it was important. His communication was clear and consistent, keeping me informed throughout the entire experience. I felt confident that my car was in good hands. What I appreciated most was Dave's honesty and dedication to customer satisfaction. He never tried to upsell unnecessary services and ensured that everything was done correctly the first time. My car was returned to me in excellent condition, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.
