I had my car serviced at MotorWorld Lexus on May 13, 2026, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. As many of us do, I have had a lot on my mind lately, and the entire service 2026, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. As many of us do, I have had a lot on my mind lately, and the entire service team made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. Joel, along with service writers Mike, Collin, and Helen, were all wonderful to work with, professional, kind, efficient, and accommodating with my work schedule for both drop-off and pick-up. Juan, the technician, provided an excellent video walk-around of my vehicle and clearly explained everything going on with my car, which I really appreciated. To top it all off, after getting home, I realized I had accidentally left my garage door opener and EZ Pass in the loaner vehicle. Helen immediately gathered my items and even stayed at the dealership until I was able to return and retrieve them. The Lexus service team consistently goes above and beyond, and experiences like this remind me exactly why I drive a Lexus and continue to service my vehicle with MotorWorld Lexus.
