Don’t feel like i got my moneys worth. The seller didn’t know much about the car, and shoved the keys in my hand for a test drive without even showing me the car. There was a scratch in the back that I wasn’t showed until after I bought the car, and was told “just use a paint pen” and to “go to walmart for a cheap fix to the chip in the windshield.” Also thought it was very strange they did not test drive the car I traded in. The car I purchased was also disgusting from the previous owner, and wasn’t “detailed” like i was told. Floor mats were vacuumed out. I’m happy about the car I bought, but the experience was horrible. Was there for 2 hours bc no one knew their log ins to the computers. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

We purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler from this establishment. While they did give us a good deal the paperwork was filed wrong and I was required to come back and sign again. Also the vehicle was establishment. While they did give us a good deal the paperwork was filed wrong and I was required to come back and sign again. Also the vehicle was detailed incredibly poorly. There were UTI pills in the glove box, empty beer cans in the seat pockets, and what appeared to be sweet and sour sauce all over the dash. Somehow they also broke the rear view mirror off of the windshield during cleaning. I discovered that the vehicle did not have a working horn and one of the back seat belts appears to have been cut in half. After all this I attempted to return the vehicle and was told that was impossible despite their website stating a 100 hour love it or exchange it policy. Would not purchase a vehicle here again and I hope they lose their commission. More

I said fine, but someone would be bringing it to me. I called after lunch and was told to head on home that it was not ready. Tuesday morning at 9:30 I called Zane, he said they were checking on it and he would call me back in 30 minutes. At 11:30 I spoke to my husband about them not returning my call. He called, the receptionist answered and said ‘Mr. Testerman they will call you shortly about your Soul’. Fast forward to the next DAY, still no word. At 10am Wednesday I called and office on my personal phone. No one answered. Called back… no answer. So I used my office phone and someone answered immediately. (?) I was switched to Zane who wasn’t very apologetic until he learned I had not completed my survey of buying. You had my brand new car for 3 days and couldn’t communicate with me. More
