My wife bought a Kia from Crain Kia Fayetteville last My wife bought a Kia from Crain Kia Fayetteville last week. Well she was rushed thru the signing process. She was told they was including a service My wife bought a Kia from Crain Kia Fayetteville last week. Well she was rushed thru the signing process. She was told they was including a service plan and extra warranty by Collin the Finance manager. Well when she logged in to Kia motor finance she noticed she was charged $4000 for the service they said they was included in the deal. Well I call Collin and all he would say is “ SHE SIGNED A LEGAL DOCUMENTS “ they never went over numbers with her and sent her home with a buyers order that didn’t include the service plane but is now sending paperwork with a very different total amount financed! So I won’t recommend Crain Kia! We trade every two years and will not use any Crain automotive group. Collin is very Arrogant and doesn’t need to be in a management position! More
