Dear Jesus: We are very disappointed to read your review. Our Finance Managers are trained to explain what is included and excluded from the various coverages in the vehicle service contracts (VSC). The VSC you purchased in June, 2019, was one of three (3) different products from the company. It was a Level 2 product which covers the engine, transmission, drive axle, transfer case, steering and electrical. Unfortunately, the Level 2 product did not include the air conditioning system or suspension system which were the matters that you were seeking coverage for. The Level 1 (and more costly service contract that you declined) did include the air conditioning system and suspension system and would have been covered. The paperwork that was provided for you did explain the difference of the 3 different coverages that the warranty company provided. With all of that said, we are not happy because you are not happy so I welcome you to contact me at the dealership to see what I can do to assist you. Sincerely, Jack Schneider, Owner
