We took our 2016 Nissan Pathfinder to Universal Nissan on Monday 1/16 for routine maintenance and it’s been a nightmare ever since. Apparently Nissan’s CVT transmission has a class action lawsuit and the only way to remedy their quality control issue is to allow them to keep your car for 2-3 days. We agreed and after 3 days we were told after no return call after hours of calling Colin in the service department that it would be 3 more days! We will have been without a vehicle for almost a week! When I called to inquire about getting a loaner vehicle so we would not be without a car due to their issues, I was told they were closing so they couldn’t help us. This when he waited 6 hours to call us back at all. Do not buy a Nissan, do not purchase or service your vehicles at this location. They don’t care at all about you. More

The service team does not help any of their customers! Every time I get my car serviced it comes back with a whole new problem, then when bringing it to the staffs attention they treat you with no respect Every time I get my car serviced it comes back with a whole new problem, then when bringing it to the staffs attention they treat you with no respect and are not willing to help correct the concern. And please never mention warranty to the service staff its like they hear that word warranty and send you away without considering to help the issue! WORST customer service department I have encountered I think I need to go to another company and get rid of this Nissan I have now! More
