Good to deal with John Chan was great to deal with. I phoned in about a car that I was interested in. Since we live on the peninsula, I didn't want to make the trek to John Chan was great to deal with. I phoned in about a car that I was interested in. Since we live on the peninsula, I didn't want to make the trek to San Rafael to find out the car had been sold. John walked me through the online purchase option that would guarantee that the car would be available when I arrived. I made an appointment for the next day to pick up the car. They also had the option to deliver the car to my home! Since I was purchasing a used car, I wanted to be sure of the shape the car was in, hence the appointment. The test drive and document signing took approximately an hour and a half - which is a short amount of time when using a dealer. Overall, the process was great. More

It made my life easier that they delivered the car to me, which I greatly appreciated. However I can confidently say that buying a used car from Toyota of Marin has been the best used car buying experience by a mile. Tu, Huy, and Colt helped me from beginning to end with the car purchasing experience and they were very courteous and upfront with no BS (I know right? At a used car dealership??) I also shopped around quite a bit for similar cars and the price out the door was really, really good out the door. I seriously highly recommend Toyota Marin used cars and Tu is a real MVP! More
