I came to the conclusion that everyone coming to do service is just one more car, one more customer. There is never urgency and everyone lacks on customer service. First of all, I didn’t get a great deal on the truck I purchased there. My next issue was with bringing my truck in for a simple recall test and an oil change and ended up without my truck for three days purchased there. When my truck was finally done, it was left dirty and with less gas than I came in with I had to get a Rent-A-Car that they did take care of for me, but I was told I’d be getting a truck which I needed for a trip I was taking When I got to the Rent-A-Car location. They had no trucks available during my oil change. The tires were rotated as part of the service now the indicator lights for tire pressures are all signaling on the wrong tires. Very frustrating and disappointing. More
