So we decided to trade in our 2025 2500 Chevy Silverado LTZ which we LOVED for the NEW shiny 2026 3500 Black Widow Lifted Chevy Silverado at Findlay Chevy. Matt Masluk helped us with our purchase which we couldn't be any happier. Matt has sold our family multiple cars over the years at Findlay Chevy which makes the process so smooth every time. Matt took all our info needed for the deal while we were at work so we didn't have to wait a long time at the dealership. Then when we were done with work Jason, in finance, had all our paperwork ready to sign, super efficient, and helpful, he answered all my questions about additional warranties which I Always get. Everything went really smooth in finance and then with delivery. The delivery team helped transferred our Onstar account from our old truck to our new truck. They then assisted us with adding our new truck to our my Chevy app so I would receive all my new points. They also helped transfer items from our old truck to our new truck. So helpful!! Now we were excited to hook up our trailer to the new truck however for some reason the truck didn't like shift gears when towing the trailer. Since all the modifications were done through Fox Factory, Bobby Carroll in Findlay service had to consult with them which would take awhile so Chevy provided us with a rental. Let's just say once you buy a top of the line Chevy Silverado it's really hard to drive an RST with no modifications, no cameras etc. Unfortunately our new truck was in the shop for over a month which was agonizing but Bobby never gave up trying to fix the problem. Fox Factory was not a great communicator and would go weeks without communicating but Findlay Chevy Service has always come through for us. Bobby even consulted other Part stores to see how they would handle the issue we were having. Finally Fox Factory sent the correct module that the Part store recommended and the truck drives like a dream and we couldn't be happier! Thank you to all of the Findlay Chevy Team from sales, to finance, to delivery, to parts, to service and to the multiple technicians that worked on our truck... we can't thank you enough! Very disappointed with this dealership come to find out they mess up bad on my financing for my vehicle and when I have extended warranty and everything on my vehicle and my check engine light has came on they mess up bad on my financing for my vehicle and when I have extended warranty and everything on my vehicle and my check engine light has came on three times and they keep pushing me back to the back burner. This is a bad dealership to buy vehicle vehicles from I would never suggest them I would never purchase from them ever again. It doesn’t matter if I’m a woman or not stop treating customers like they don’t know what they’re talking about and start listening to the customer because you might actually learn something. I had one traverse that had multiple issues and it had two more attempts before it became a Lemon Law so I told them they need to do something to fix that so they swapped me in for a 24 traverse and the check engine light has been on three times and every time I’ve tried to get something done to it. They tell me it’s something With the way I drive and it’s all with the brake system so that makes it a very unsafe vehicle because they don’t wanna listen to me so it seems like they want bigger lawsuits when something goes malfunctioning on a vehicle.. brake stay squealing since 5000 miles which is not good because it’s crying wolf. You keep telling me that it’s something in the material that they took out of the brake system so it does that naturally there’s no way that that’s natural on any vehicle, regardless of what they took out of the material for the brakes so just pushing me off was very unprofessional and not listening. The vehicle only has 38,000 miles on it and yet you said that it’s the way I drive you do realize we live in Las Vegas in half the people here don’t know how to drive and it doesn’t matter if I slammed on my brakes, 1 billion times it still should not be squealing at 5000 miles. That is absolutely ridiculous. Your service department really needs to start stepping up and listening and actually looking into what we’re asking them to look into instead of just pushing you off like it’s nothing because obviously it’s something if the check engine light stays coming back on. More
