We took a test drive and decided to trade in our 2006 Toyota Tundra on the new Honda. We were able to complete the deal with minor dickering and drove home that afternoon. Total time, which included going back home (which took 1 1/2 hours) for the trade-in title and a certified check was about 4 hours. Andrew was very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda. More

James worked with us to put us in a vehicle that met all our needs. He took the time to explain all the features of the car, and his focus was making sure we had what we wanted. We have never been to a dealership and felt like we were buying from a friend, but James made that happen! Connie worked on her day off to make sure we were set with financing, knowing that we were looking to purchase and drive away in a short amount of time. Classes on customer service should be taught from this dealership!! We will be back...guaranteed! More

James was straightforward with me and they did what they said they would do. Once I made the purchase he was very patient explaining all the new technology to me and helped me get it all set up. I have already talked them up to all my friends. I had to come back to have the external simonize applied and James was busy. James filled Andrew in and he was waiting for me at the door. These guys are a very efficient team and work together well. Connie is a sweetheart and was wonderful at explaining all of the paperwork and financing. More

One day after our purchase we discovered a small issue and I called Andrew (expecting a run-around) and to my very pleasant surprise, he promptly began organizing an appointment to address our issue... and in the process reassured me that everything would be all set. This is our first Honda vehicle and our first experience with Lundgren Honda and so far I can easily say that my husband and I were both impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to return there to purchase our next vehicle.
