Amazing service, Truly exceptional staff I feel the staff in both sales and service truly cares for their customers and are not the usual "car guys". Service outstanding! I have been coming here since I bought my Murano here in 2015. Everytime I have been here service has been exceptional. Dylan has been a real pleasure I have been coming here since I bought my Murano here in 2015. Everytime I have been here service has been exceptional. Dylan has been a real pleasure to work with. He takes the time to listen and understand what your particular concerns may be at the time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. It has been a very positive experience every time I have come in for service. I have made appointments on line or sometimes just show up for an oil change, and I have been treated the same way each time. Wonderfully! Thank you Kelly Nissan and especially Dylan. Cheers! I Came Into The Dealership Today For A Recall That I Had And They Told That I Need My Vehicle Service OK No Problem. They Took Care Of My Recall And Also Had My Vehicle Serviced, All It Need Was A Tire Rotation And An Oil Filter And Lube Change. I Was Out Of There Less In One Hour Without An Appointment, And Also No Coupons . But They Gave Me An Discount Anyway, Which I Was Grateful Appreciated. GREAT SERVICE !!!!!!
