Extremely disappointed I was left with my mouth hanging open in shock when, after three days negotiating the car price, traveling hours back and forth to the dealership and I was left with my mouth hanging open in shock when, after three days negotiating the car price, traveling hours back and forth to the dealership and finally sitting down in front of Jason at his desk beginning the paperwork process, being told the car I was about to buy had already been sold within the last 40 minutes. I could not believe they sold the car out from under me. On top of that, Jason allowed me to just walk out of there without any further discussion about perhaps looking at another car on the lot or what he could do for me. Extremely poor service. More

Marc and Connor worked it out so that everything was all set aS they directly coordinated with NEFCU. Marc stayed late, I signed all the paperwork and he took extra time to help me set up my phone and show me all the wonderful gadgets on my new to me car. My husband has been pushing me for a bit to upgrade my 2011 rav4. i stopped to look on Tuesday afternoon. just parked by the cars and started looking My husband has been pushing me for a bit to upgrade my 2011 rav4. i stopped to look on Tuesday afternoon. just parked by the cars and started looking. a nice young man said hello and said he was happy to answer any questions i had. no pressure, no pushy questions Derek was easy to talk to and his knowledge on the product was amazing. he explained the different models and i chose the one i liked. he spent over an hour going over everything i asked about. he gave me the info on the car to bring home. my husband and i made an appointment for sat morning. Derek and Zack did their magic in the money end of things to help us get a great deal. on a very busy sat morning the manager even came over and personally thanked us. Derek helped us load all the apps, showed us how to use them and get the most out of our vehicle. he said to feel free to stop in anytime to get any help we may need as questions come up. we were able to leave with our new rav4. while celebrating over lunch, we got an e-mail from Dereck letting us know when our first service appointment is. we both highly recommend Derek Blood for anyone considering a Toyota. he knows and loves them. More

Marc went above and beyond what we expected on the level of service and proffesionalism. Every time we worked with him I had the genuine sense that he had our best interest at heart. Throughout the duration of our lease he was always there to answer our questions and resolve any issues. Connor also helped us out a lot too. I would(and have)reccomend this team and Marc spefically. We gained friends out of this experience. We unfortunately fell in love with another brand of car when our lease ended. Sometimes things just workout that way. Marc was still a professional and we could tell he was happy for us. It's hard to find service like this. We appreciate everything Connor and Marc did for us. Anyone going to this dealership relax and know your in good hands and your not just another sale. More
