She sold us a Rav4 nine years ago and picked right up where she left off to get us a truly exceptional deal on another Rav4. There was no problem that she couldn't overcome to get us into the newer car. I will never buy a car from anyone else or any other dealership. More

They did a great job working with me and making sure I was getting the best deal. The truck i got was on order so i was supposed to wait a week or so to get it, but they found the same truck at another dealer and were able to get it to me faster. I drove off the lot happily in a new vehicle within a few days. Thanks Mark and Conor! More

New 2019 Rav4 Hybrid Even though Mark Guyette was new to the dealership, in the initial stages of putting together the car, I was able to get the exact new car I wanted. U Even though Mark Guyette was new to the dealership, in the initial stages of putting together the car, I was able to get the exact new car I wanted. Unfortunately, Mark was on vacation when I took delivery. However, Derek Blood stepped in without skipping a beat and made me feel as though we had been working together on this for a long time. He is very knowledgeable about the leasing process and the electronics of the Rav4 Hybrid. He spent quality time with me going through the ins and outs of the electronics of the car, setting up various apps and functions of the car while explaining everything. I would feel very comfortable asking him for a mini refresher at anytime - which he offered. Josh Cousino, in finance, thoroughly explained each aspect of the leasing process, answered questions or found the answer. I always appreciate a person saying, 'I am not sure, let me find out." Instead of faking an answer. Conor McQuade, as always, greets me by name, makes me feel welcome and the Heritage Toyota is there to help me, and happy I came in. All-in-all, I have had a positive experience with Heritage Toyota. They are friendly, welcoming and not 'pushy'. And I felt comfortable with everyone to ask a question again if I didn't understand completely. More

My first Toyota - unexpected, but I’m really pleased Coming off of a VW Jetta lease, I was looking for a small/mid-size SUV and really leaning towards a VW Tiguan. Thank goodness I went to Heritage, beca Coming off of a VW Jetta lease, I was looking for a small/mid-size SUV and really leaning towards a VW Tiguan. Thank goodness I went to Heritage, because I am getting a massively better car for the money in my new RAV4. Mark and Conor were so helpful and always sure I had all of my questions answered. We looked at multiple cars on the lot, reviewed other cars in their inventory, and they made sure I knew that they could get it if they didn’t have it. I never felt rushed or undervalued as a customer. I would recommend Heritage to anyone looking for a new Toyota. Mark and Conor were so nice and helpful, and I had a great experience from beginning to end. Conor also has a wicked sense of humor! More

Marc exceeded my expectations, was very professional and I felt no pressure. He consistently had my best interests as the priority. Assisted me with decision making and all with a smile. I do not even live in Chittenden County and continue to choose Heritage Toyota. I would be remiss to not mention Conor McQuade and Christine Donahue who were both integral to the experience. Thank you to the Heritage team! More

I could not believe they sold the car out from under me. On top of that, Jason allowed me to just walk out of there without any further discussion about perhaps looking at another car on the lot or what he could do for me. Extremely poor service. More

Liz was attentive, understanding, and very good at explaining all of the processes to me. She was inclusive of my partner in my decision making, and she made me feel welcome. She also assisted on the service side, as well, and helped me learn all of my car’s new features! I know that if I ever have a question, I could text her, and she would reply! Lovely to have someone so accessible and honest. More
