Conor McQuade joined the Heritage Toyota H-Team in August 2010 and has been a key member of the showroom ever since. Originally from Mendon, VT, Conor attended Trinity-Pawling School in NY and currently resides in Bristol, VT. When he’s not in the showroom, Conor enjoys quality time with his family, playing guitar and piano, cooking, golfing, and relaxing at his country home. Could I get another key? I was treated as though they actually cared that I was happy with Toyota and the car I was about to Lease! I do have a problem with using my phone to do everything. I couldn’t unlock my steering wheel when I got home from work. More

2020 Prius Prime I did my research and knew the car I wanted before contacting a dealership. Heritage Toyota was happy to let me test drive the vehicle even though I I did my research and knew the car I wanted before contacting a dealership. Heritage Toyota was happy to let me test drive the vehicle even though I had already done a preliminary test drive of the same model at another dealership. JT answered all of my questions and was courteous and friendly. Responses to my questions over e-mail were always same-day. I knew the dealership did not have the exact color combination / model that I wanted in their inventory, but it was no problem for them to obtain the vehicle from another dealership. In less than a week they acquired the vehicle I wanted. They worked with me to come to a fair price, and while I was presented with several add-on options which I already knew I did not want, I did not feel pressured to buy. Upon my final inspection of the vehicle I pointed out a small scuff mark on one of the outside mirror housings, they took care of it immediately. Overall a great experience! More

Extremely frustrated Frustrated with Heritage to say the least...My wife and I purchased a certified 2015 Tacoma DCLB from Heritage almost a year ago. Our salesman at the Frustrated with Heritage to say the least...My wife and I purchased a certified 2015 Tacoma DCLB from Heritage almost a year ago. Our salesman at the time, John Treichler, was great to work with and we thought we ended up with the right truck for us. We need a truck for our business and had to upgrade from a 08 Tacoma standard cab due to the birth of our daughter. We loved that 08 (purchased from Heritage) as it was a great truck with minimal issues except regular maintenance. We never had it serviced at Heritage except for a couple recall issues and that is likely why we had such a positive experience with that truck. Long story short, from day one our truck has had a vibration/shudder/shake that after months and many visits to service is still there. Andrew, the shop foreman, has driven it with me twice and each time he told me the vibration is not normal, but Heritage claims it is normal. There has been no explanation as to why the truck does this and despite a couple attempts at diagnosing it, the issue persists and appears to be getting worse. I have kept in touch with our salesman , JT, and he has tried to advocate for us. I have explained my level of frustration to him and he put me in touch with the general manager of Heritage. We had an encouraging conversation during which he said he would look into in and then get back to me the next day. That was over a month ago and I have heard nothing from him. I have left him several voice messages and none have been returned. So, here we are with a truck with a consistent vibration that appears to be getting worse that is supposedly normal but is apparently inexplicable by Heritage or Toyota. I can't in good conscience sell this truck knowing it has this issue despite the fact that at this point I would be happy to be done with it. Perhaps a Chevy or Ford would be a better option. I'm sure Heritage would be happy to sell us a different truck at our expense but that is not a viable option given our situation. I have invested a significant amount of time and energy over the last year trying to sort this issue out with Heritage and Toyota and to this point there has been no recognition of this by either. We are beginning to explore our other legal options as it would appear that Heritage is not concerned about our experience or keeping us as customers. 10/1/19 Update: Despite being contacted by management at Heritage and being told they would resolve our issue, we're still in the same situation with our truck.... He’s changing the approach to car sales, I didn’t feel like he was “making a sale”, he knew my story and paid close attention to my needs. I trust him and HIGHLY recommend if you visit Heritage Toyota ask for Derek. Conor McQuade made the right choice in pairing Derek with me, Conor was extremely understanding and supportive. He is an excellent Sales Manager. Christine in Finance was helpful, organized and super efficient, she went over and above for me, actually everyone I worked with did! New taco! I was initially looking to buy a used Toyota Tacoma, but after working with Mark and Conor, I ended up getting a new 2019 Tacoma in the right color an I was initially looking to buy a used Toyota Tacoma, but after working with Mark and Conor, I ended up getting a new 2019 Tacoma in the right color and at a price I was happy with. They did a great job working with me and making sure I was getting the best deal. The truck i got was on order so i was supposed to wait a week or so to get it, but they found the same truck at another dealer and were able to get it to me faster. I drove off the lot happily in a new vehicle within a few days. Thanks Mark and Conor! More

New 2019 Rav4 Hybrid Even though Mark Guyette was new to the dealership, in the initial stages of putting together the car, I was able to get the exact new car I wanted. Unfortunately, Mark was on vacation when I took delivery. However, Derek Blood stepped in without skipping a beat and made me feel as though we had been working together on this for a long time. He is very knowledgeable about the leasing process and the electronics of the Rav4 Hybrid. He spent quality time with me going through the ins and outs of the electronics of the car, setting up various apps and functions of the car while explaining everything. I would feel very comfortable asking him for a mini refresher at anytime - which he offered. Josh Cousino, in finance, thoroughly explained each aspect of the leasing process, answered questions or found the answer. I always appreciate a person saying, 'I am not sure, let me find out." Instead of faking an answer. Conor McQuade, as always, greets me by name, makes me feel welcome and the Heritage Toyota is there to help me, and happy I came in. All-in-all, I have had a positive experience with Heritage Toyota. They are friendly, welcoming and not 'pushy'. And I felt comfortable with everyone to ask a question again if I didn't understand completely. More
